Enorice, paladin bearing the Aegis of Dawn

Once the closest friend of Xinelizé the cleric, Enorice watched in anguish as everything between them changed. Xinelizé returned from her final pilgrimage to Hartwynn Castle shaken and distant, her faith cracked and her loyalty to the King of Hearts in ruins. Determined to understand what had poisoned her friend’s spirit, Enorice turned her gaze toward the shadows behind the throne and the deeper truth behind Bonduc Hartwynn’s fall into legend as the Bone King.

Unlike Xinelizé, Enorice’s devotion to Alion did not shatter under the weight of corruption. It hardened. She threw herself into study and discipline at the Temple of Alion, then wandered the torn lands of Tistrofel in quiet service. She mended bones, soothed fever, and shielded villagers from the horrors clawing their way out of the continent’s new wounds. In wind and stone, in the wounded rivers and bleeding chasms, she searched for signs of what truly happened to Bonduc—and whether there was anything left of the just king he once had been.

Enorice stands 5'4" and weighs 125 pounds of tempered resolve. There is a stillness around her that feels like the moment before a storm: calm on the surface, iron beneath. In recognition of her unshakable faith, Alion set gifts in her path. She now bears the divine shield Aegis of Dawn and the longsword Glory, and rides the holy war-steed Righteous into battle. Together, they dive into the fractured underworld of Tistrofel, where twisted creatures stalk the dark and wild magic spills from the cracks left by the Bone King’s awakening.

When she finally found Bonduc Hartwynn, she did not see a monster. She saw a man broken by his own choices and bound by power he could no longer fully control. She refused to reveal his hidden refuge, knowing hunters would descend on him the moment his location was known. Instead, when the Tournament of Kings demanded a champion in his stead, she stepped forward. Enorice does not fight to glorify the Bone King—she fights to buy him time, to hold back the darkness he helped unleash, and to prove that even a ruined soul can still be led toward the light. The other champions of Tistrofel, The Chosen, have come to rely on her calm in the depths. Whether Bonduc’s redemption is truly possible or not, Enorice will stand between him and oblivion for as long as Alion allows her to draw breath.
